1. Fixed 
   
• Typically, up to 20-year amortization with a 20-year term, but 25 year terms are available.  Rates in this program are locked for the full period (i.e. 20/25 years).  This program offers high value through the attractive rates plus the comfort and security of a locked rate program
2. Specials 
   
• We are pleased to make special programs available from time to time in response to dynamic market opportunities.
3. 3 Year Fixed
   
• Typically, up to 20-year amortization with a 3-year term. Rates in this program are locked at a promotional rate for the first 3 years, followed by additional rate changes at ongoing 3 year intervals for the remaining 17 years. This program is ideal for the buyer who is expecting to upgrade within the 3 year period.

Underwriting time is approximately 1-2 business days after receipt of a complete application package.
